Close your heat press at a temperature of 325 – 400 degrees with normal
patch to garment pressure for 15 to 20 seconds depending on the garment fabric type.

Do not use steam.

Recommended to use on non-stock silicon coated parchment paper to protect your garment.Not recommend for polyester or synthetic materials as these can melt under high heat
